Lately, I’ve been trying to do things differently 

Maybe I shouldn’t say that…

I’ve been exploring a part of myself…

No, I don’t like that either…

My therapist says the different names I give myself are still me… all of me…

But I don’t see that yet lol. Maybe in a few more sessions I will *chuckle* 

I tried to be cheeky about this announcement, but… it wasn’t really good to be honest. I wasn’t feeling anything… it was just words on the screen

So here I go!

*eyes closed as I yell!!*

IM PUBLISHING A NAKED TRUTH PODCAST!!!!!

I’m so nervous to do this… to release this

It’s been 7 months since I’ve posted and….

 I’m releasing a podcast…. 

Am I okay?

Honey, I don’t even know

But it’s been something that’s been circling my mind for a while

And people have mentioned that I may be good at it sooooo

I took that and their words of encouragement and have been working on my podcast since it was hot outside… okay, maybe not hot, but windy

It has been very hard learning how to talk to myself with a mic in my hand, purposely for 30 plus minutes

The first episode I tried to create was 6 minutes, and my jaw got tired, my mouth went dry (get ya mind out of the gutter), and I was like “what the fuck am I doing?”

Lmaoo

I want to not release this podcast, but I know that in doing so, I will get on my own nerves, and I’ll feel like a failure because I didn’t even try. 

Perfect Patty is also popping her head out of the gutter and wants the podcast to be perfect on the first go. This will not be the case because I’m literally learning as I go. Every episode will get better and better. We all have to start somewhere. (That’s what I’m telling myself)

Sooo here I go

I, Sabryn, Say, SABRYN, and the many other facets of myself are releasing The Naked Truth The Podcast on Feb 15,2026 at 3 pm ET/ 12 pm PT. 

I will be going deeper into the topics I talk about on here. By you hearing my voice, I hope you feel all of the emotions, gain a 3D viewpoint of the world I’m creating, and gain a different perspective on things.
