Before you listennnn, this episode was originally called Ménage à trois, and to be honest, I chose that title for clickbait purposes. I won’t lie… but the title never felt right… It felt messy, it felt incomplete, it just felt wrong. I didn’t encompass all I needed it to say… until I found the title the episode is called today… Unlearning the Old Blueprint, Relearning My Way of Loving.

The things I talk about in this episode are out of the box for society norms. It may rub you the wrong way. You may want to argue against the things I say, you may agree and lean in to listen to more… you may mmmm, and ahhh, and a number of other things, and that is fair, and that is fine.

I’m just here to get the gears running… to maybe ask yourself questions you may never have thought to ask.
