I haven’t posted in a while.

I have so much to say… but I’ve been thinking a lot about

• What am I trying to say?
• What is the point of me telling this story?
• Why should you listen to or read what I’m posting? Why should you care?
• Why did I name my blog and podcast Naked Truth when I myself am afraid of being Naked in my Truth with the people around me…. in my closest circle.

Not to sound dramatic… but I don’t feel like I can post until I have something of substance to say. I’m still trying out different recipes to see what works best.

Until I publish something check out my Instagram at nakedtruth_hq. I’ve been posting and stuff on there.
